Anyways, my only critiques is that the blood could be brighter (though that's a stylistic thing), and that the hand on the top looks a little bit awkward, though I think it's just that the base of the hand (the palm?) is bent a little too much to look natural. The pose is a little stiff (oh my god I suck at poses why am I trying to advise someone on poses) and yeah that's really it.
